BeeScanning’s IT architecture and patents are further developed through the Know Your Honey project to enable a method that makes honey traceable. The method provides objective documentation to verify authenticity and origin with image analysis of the raw material at the time of harvest.

After Proof of Concept has been achieved with honey, the technology is developed for other raw materials.
